In business since 1995, 8.0 enjoys a prime location at Sundance Square in downtown Fort Worth. The interior is decorated with murals painted by local artists; live music is performed every weekend by celebrities such as Collin Hill. The lunch and dinner menu selections are eclectic and health conscious. Entrees include baked fish in lemon butter sauce, traditional pasta dishes and a variety of 8.0's own blue plate specials. House specialty drinks include martinis and blue things(frozen margaritas).
