With a seating capacity of over 57,000 roaring fans, Yankee Stadium is not only a time-honored New York City venue for great shows and sporting events, it's been an institution since 1923. Located in the Bronx, and nicknamed “The House that Ruth Built” for famous slugger Babe Ruth, the stadium was originally home to the New York Giants football franchise, but is undoubtedly most famous as the home field of the New York Yankees, who've won more World Series championships than any other team. This is a must-see for any visitor to New York, without a doubt.
