CinemaxX is a German-Belgian chain of cinemas which has within a short period of time opened three cinemas in Denmark. The cinema has ten screens that vary in size. The biggest one is the largest screen in Scandinavia. The comfort-levels are perfect in all the theaters, with lots of legroom and the best audio-video equipment. The decor is very American. Popcorn and soft drinks are sold in large amounts. The repertoire consists mainly of major Hollywood productions. Ticket prices are about average, a bit higher on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings. The cinema still only accepts Danish credit cards and cash. Once in a while, special arrangements like pre-premieres and theme evenings are arranged in the CinemaxX theaters.
