More information on Waikiki Aquarium
The Waikiki Aquarium, founded in 1904, is one of the oldest aquariums in the United States. The aquarium houses over 2,500 aquatic animals from 420 species, including monk seals and sharks. There is also an impressive coral reef exhibit with jellyfish, reef sharks and reef fish to see. Thanks to its location just a few blocks from Waikiki Beach, the aquarium draws in over 350,000 visitors each year.
