There's nothing fancy or out of the ordinary about this small business hotel, an affiliate of Japan Airlines, but it's clean, the staff is personable, and it has an unbeatable location in the Ginza. Built more than 45 years ago, it's one of the oldest hotels in the area. Rates are based on room size, with the cheapest rooms very tiny indeed; even the largest tend to be cramped and dark because of surrounding taller buildings, but all are done up in cheerful yellows.
