This Brooklyn bakery specializes in artisanal breads baked in classic French and Italian traditions. Husband and wife bakers Joseph Rodriguez and Nicole Lane specialize in naturally leavened and yeasted breads made from organic flours. They are hand shaped and hearth baked daily, with a wide selection ranging from the simple, basic baguette to specialty breads such as garlic thyme and rye currant. There is also coffee and tea and some seating available.
