More information on Montreal Fringe Festival
Any theatre festival that combines drag queens, jugglers, a cappella singers and a beer tent where audience members can write their own show reviews is definitely on the edge. The Fringe offers that and more, and features some 300 unscreened performances by local and international theatre companies over ten days of fun and uncontrolled madness. A beer garden at the intersection of Rachel and St. Laurent serves as the epicentre.
