In 1991, the Country Rock group, Alabama, wanted to return to Myrtle Beach where they first started their career. They partnered with Gaylord Entertainment to write, produce and direct a nightly show at what became the Alabama Theatre. With a variety of country, rock, and gospel music and singing, dancing and comedy, it is a wholesome, entertaining show that the whole family will enjoy. If you join the Bama club on the theater's Web site (http://www.alabama-theatre.com), you will receive its on-line newsletter and information about special offers. The theatre is open every day of the week.
