This is a city bar par excellence. It is a dimly-lit place, where shoppers as well as bar-hoppers can drop in for a quick drink before continuing on their way. It is a very popular place with all ages and can get quite noisy, especially later on in the evening. One reason for its popularity is that it is only 100 yards away from the main Shijo-Kawaramachi intersection and another reason being the low prices.
