If you need a break from the rat race, unhealthy diet, and your cigarettes, this is a wonderful place to take it. The Hydro at Stellenbosch was established by Cleto Saporetti in 1972. They have five basic principles: diet to cleanse, treatments to rejuvenate, exercise, relaxation and lifestyle motivation. You're in for some hydrotherapy, massage, exercise and raw food, but the effects of a stay here are glorious. All treatments are administered under medical supervision.
