Description

This religious festival, filled with folklore, takes place in June. The fountains located in the cloister of the cathedral and in the Casa de l'Ardiaca are both decked out with cherries and other adornments. But what boggles the visitor's mind when he comes by are the eggs that are levitated by the spouting water-yes, that's right, eggs held up mysteriously by water. This phenomenon, known as l'ou com balla (the dancing egg), is better than any magic trick. Come and watch the people looking for the strings and hidden mirrors (which they never find). Entry is free.
