The most famous backpackers restaurant in Cambodia. The English menu features local, Chinese, Vietnamese and Western standards including fried rice, Vietnamese fish soup and Plat Napoleon, and the chicken escalope with chips is a perennial favorite. The decor is minimal - long bench tables and plastic chairs. Staff speak minimal English but know their menu, and the brothers who run the Capitol are a goldmine of travel information. Order a coffee, beer or juice and watch the chaos outside. Travelers cheques changed. A great place to find your feet.Disabled Access.
