When the addition was built, the windows on the side of the house were left in (very unusual). Just as exciting are these names and the date 1844 that was scratched into this one! beautiful old Singer sewing machine The front porch of the old addition (modern porch though). I wish I had thought to take a picture of the whole front of the place. Grr.
