Climb the wooden steps and join ski enthusiasts from around the world at the bar enjoying pizza, burgers and beer. You could also meet up with a more subdued crowd of regulars in one of the dining rooms, many of which offer a spectacular view of Little Cottonwood Canyon. The menu at Shallow Shaft Restaurant features classic seafood, meat, and pasta dishes, each with a Southwest flair. Gourmet sauces add appeal, as do the well-prepared side dishes. The steaks are tender and cooked just the way you like, and the wine list is substantial.
