More information on Parque de Bombas
One of the most photographed buildings in all of Puerto Rico, the Parque' Las Bambas is an Arabian-styled red and black striped building located in downtown Ponce. Constructed in 1882 as an industrial and agricultural fair pavilion, the fire house was restored as a museum in 1990 to commemorate the firemen that risked their lives to save the community from the many fires that plagued the city during the 1900s.
