While most parts of the world make fall foliage the season's main attraction, the Branson area tends to focus on arts and crafts fairs. Branson's Autumn Daze show ranks as the biggest independent craft festival in southwest Missouri, attracting more than 150 vendors from all over the nation. Basketry, candle making, and homemade jewelry are just a few of the traditional handiworks that are featured at this sprawling show. Add in the concession stands and surrounding downtown stores and this four-day festival becomes a shopper's paradise. General admission is free. Credit card acceptance varies by vendors.
