Trädgår'n (The Garden) is called Brädgår'n (The Lumber Yard) by those in Gothenburg, who don't like the look of the place. And the large building does bear a strong resemblance to a pile of planks, but it is a very popular part of Gothenburg's nightlife. It is also one of the few nightclubs in town that stay open till 5am on Friday and Saturday nights. It is partly owned by the brothers Jonas and Anders Dahlbom, who are well-known chefs in Sweden and internationally. The food is top-notch. The business lunch on weekdays is greatly appreciated by those working in the centre of the town, as is having a bite before a concert. The nightclub and the concert area can easily hold 1300 people.
