More information on Edificio de Correos
This building, on the plaza del Buen Pastor, was designed by the architect Aguirrebegoa and built in 1906. It originally housed the School of Arts and Trades, which can be seen in the tiles on the upper part of the building. Built in masonry stone, the roof's attics are evidence of one of the principal features of the French influence. The building's transformation to post office resulted in major modifications to the interior, though the four facades are well preserved.
