Vildmarksleden is a hiking trek that stretches over 38.5km from Skatås to Hindås. During the hike, you pass several lakes (Hornasjön, Stora Härsjön) and the forest of Härskogen. At Hindås the path is connected to Knalleleden, a path that goes to Borås. Vildmarksleden coincides with Bohusleden path for the first 10 kilometres. There are a lot of lakes and nice scenery. Along the trek, there are windbreaks and resting places, but no overnight sites. The easiest way to hike is to start at Hindås and walk to Skatås. To get here, take bus GL Express Röd to Landvetter centrum and bus 61 from there towards Rävlanda.
