More information on Federal Way Symphony
Organized in 1960 as the Highline Symphony, this orchestra moved to Federal Way in 1985. It has about 60 paid members, with additional musicians joining the group for some concerts. Maestro Brian Davenport has led the orchestra since 1982. The symphony plays popular music as well as traditional classical selections. It performs a special concert during the winter holiday season.
