The two-storeyed lounge Halo offers the gay community of Washington a fine place to meet, bond and relax. Cutting across 14th Street NW and 15th Street NW, the humble entrance of the lounge makes it easy to miss. Martinis galore once in, as the various bowls of fruit salad scattered across complements the drink well, also giving one the freedom to mix, match and experiment in his own drink. During happy hours, double your drink automatically. Ensuring the air one breathes remains ever fresh, the bar prohibits smoking on premises. Few waves are made about the food on offer. The nightclub opens its doors daily from 5 p.m.
