Cask'n Flagon is convenient for some beer before or after a Red Sox game. Expect lines at this and all of the other bars around the ballpark during the season. But once you are in, you will be among fans. The walls are covered with photos of past and present Sox stars, and there is plenty of space to keep track of the action. A 100 foot island bar, six foot projector televisions, a dance floor and a DJ-booth fill in the area for an enhanced game experience. The menu that was once mostly sandwiches and burgers, has now been upgraded to include Fried Cheese and Crab Cakes, fresh tossed pizzas and the likes. Don't let Flagon's new sparkle fool you, patrons testify it has still retained it's original easy-going sports bar atmosphere.
