As far as church-operated festivals go, this one is so much fun that it's almost sinful. Benefiting the more than 70-year-old Greek Orthodox Church and its select charities, the Greek Funstival draws crowds of thousands who enjoy traditional Greek music, dancing and, most importantly, the food. Sampling Greek delicacies such as baklava, dolmades, pastitsio and souvlaki (all homemade by the women of the church) and imbibing the imported wines that accompany the food has truly become the centerpiece of the event. The three-day event is held in mid-October over a weekend and the weather is usually quite pleasant. Admission: Adults USD12; Children (under 12) Free.
