This modern, purpose built restaurant offers traditional Irish cooking with a modern twist. The menu has a number of interesting options including salmon in a leek and pepper sauce, lamb stew, and Guinness beef stew. Vegetarians are catered for also with two or three options. On Sundays, there is a special lunch menu. Casey's traditional music nights are immensely popular and offer a meal and music session combined. There are two music night options with a three-course menu, Irish coffee, and entertainment or an entrée, Irish coffee, and entertainment. All musicians and dancers live locally.
