Grab a blanket, pack a picnic and join the second-largest free Shakespeare festival in world on the lawn of Samuell-Grand Park in Dallas. With the stars above, you'll enjoy the 2001 season with performances of Shakespeare's well-known plays Twelfth Night, The Tempest, and Much Ado About Northing. Founded in 1972 by actor, director, and producer Robert Glenn, 1.8 million people have attended The Shakespeare Festival of Dallas since its inception. Performanes begin at 8:15p daily during the season. Call for more information.
