You would never think it but this small gelateria (not far fronm the train station, on a busy, noisy road) is the best in the city. The lines at the counter and the dozens of cars parked haphazardly in front of the shop, (especially in the evening because the wardens will rarely turn a blind eye in the daytime) are proof of this. Here the gelato is really extraordinary, the fruit of decades of experience, and great attention paid to detail in the production process. When you try these gelato you will not be disappointed. Specialties include the mascarpone, and the puffed rice gelato which you can never have enough of, and will find nowhere else but here. The tarts and cream horns are also good.
