The third Médiathèque to open in Montpellier, this centre is particularly popular with the children and adolescents. It is organised around five different sections: adults, children, language laboratories, a games library (ludothèque) and a section devoted to music, cinema and video. The five poles include a wide range of media, including comic strips, books and magazines as well as CD-ROMs, videos etc. The games area should be reserved in advance and children of less than 6 months should be accompanied by their parents.
