The District Chophouse and Brewery, in Washington's small theater district, was voted the Best New Restaurant in 1998, and for good reason. The food in this bustling place is varied and delicious, the décor is modern and gorgeous and the service is attentive without being overwhelming. The brew here is homemade and the steaks are award winning. Visit the cigar bar upstairs to smoke and sample beers made on site.
