More information on Franciscan Well
The Franciscan Well Brewery is a stylishly decorated brewery, with giant copper holding kegs right behind the bar that set the tone for the color scheme. Obviously, the most important thing here is the beer and it certainly lives up to its expectations. The Shandon Stout is particularly good; it's creamy and light, but has a nice toasty bite at the finish. The wheat beer is also very tasty.
