More information on Fragonard
Not to be confused with the Villa Musée Fragonard, (which is devoted to the works of artist Jean-Honoré Fragonard), the Fragonard perfumery is named after one of the oldest perfume-making families in the small town of Grasse. Visits to Fragonard perfumery are free. Housed in a 18th-century tannery, the perfumery consists of a museum and the remains of the original factory (the new one has moved to the outskirts of town). A guide is on hand to explain the different stages in perfume making.
