More information on Coral Island
Coral Island (locally known as Koh Hae) is a half hour by boat from Chalong Pier or 20 minutes by boat from Rawai, and is one of Phuket Island's most popular one-day, offshore destinations. The colorful reefs that surround the island and lovely beach areas are ideal for snorkeling, swimming, sunbathing and scuba diving. The weather is always good, even during the monsoon season from May to October. Ample restaurant facilities will please guests. Ensure you indulge in the delicious seafood. If you are want to see more of the island, it is easy to prolong your stay in one of the many reasonably priced bungalow hotels.
