A 287-seat theater, the John Houseman is a great place to check out new talent and productions. This is a theater built to pay tribute to John Houseman, a famous actor, stage director, producer, scriptwriter and playwright. Equipped with a street-level entrance and two small studio theaters next door, John Houseman Theater has restrooms, a spacious lobby with chairs and air-conditioning. Past performances include Toxic Audio, Naked Boys Singing, Out of Orbit, Ten Minute Plays for Ten Bucks, Map to Buddha and Son of a Bush. It is a well known theater and film-making is a celebration here.
