More information on Santa Catalina Mountains
A part of the Coronado National Forest, the Santa Catalina Mountain Range is the most prominent in the Tucson area, and includes many of the area’s most popular attractions, including Sabino Canyon and Mount Lemmon, the highest point in the Catalina’s. While there, check out Catalina State Park in the western foothills for great hiking opportunities and the permanent pools of Romero Canyon.
