Of the four main mountains located within Seoul, Mt. Namsan stands out as one of the best. It is located in the heart of Seoul, offering visitors a great view of the city. A popular destination for hikers, it provides great trails. Residents of Seoul also love this mountain because it blocks the cold winds coming in from the north. With a height of just 262 meters, Namsan is not so tall, but it is considered an important sightseeing attraction. Try the cable car, visit Namsan Tower, or visit the 1,000-year-old time capsule.
