More information on Copeland's

Experience the exuberance and fun of a New Orleans Fat Tuesday celebration every day at Copeland's. Popeye's Chicken founder Al Copeland created this New Orleans-style eatery to bring the magic of Mardi Gras to life. Live jazz and champagne are staples at the Sunday brunch. Tucked between glass towers, the French Quarter design of Copeland's is a refreshing change of scenery. Fans turn lazily from the faux tin ceiling cooling the sunny solarium. The centerpiece bar is attended by bow-tied bartenders. An array of crawfish, shrimp, redfish, crab and oysters are swimming in rich, buttery sauces and cayenne seasonings. Lunch is guaranteed in 15 minutes or less during the week.
