Located south of the Royal Palace, Wat Preah Keo is home to two impressive17th century statues of Buddha, one made entirely of crystal and the other of gold encrusted with 10,000 diamonds. This opulent structure boasts a floor covered with 5,000 blocks of silver. Its grounds contain a walkway of Cambodian history and mythology and is said to be located near the sacred sight of Mount Mene. Visitors can enter the Silver Palace using their ticket from the Royal Palace.
