The tradition of the D'del Libro (International Book Day) is slowly dying out in Spain but the it still continues here in Salamanca. The city's booksellers set up their stalls under the arches in the Plaza Mayor. Buyers are offered a 10% discount on all books. So, it's a good opportunity to buy or simply to browse whilst enjoying one of the city's most attractive locations.
