During the day, government workers, tourists and college students stop by the Irish Times for a heady pint of Guinness or a meal of corned beef and cabbage. But, once night falls, this long-standing Washington pub becomes the haven of college students and other night owls looking for a party. A crooner with an acoustic guitar is present on most weekends to run through his playlist, which includes standards such as 'American Pie' and 'Brown-Eyed Girl'. Expect the crowd to chime in.
