More information on Little Moreton Hall
Probably the finest timber-framed, moated manor house in Britain and certainly the best known, Little Moreton Hall has served as a location for several famous films including Lady Jane and Moll Flanders.The superb black and white frontage is topped by a spectacular gallery and opens onto a cobbled courtyard and the main body of the hall. Events include Shakespeare plays that are performed in an open air theatre during July and at other times ghost tours are offered. There is also a small restaurant and shop along with excellent general access for disabled visitors.
