Located at the top level of Arthur's Quay shopping centre in the city centre, Sails is a typical daytime café. A good feature is its view of the Shannon, but apart from that this cafe is a very standard affair. The menu is akin to that of any run-of-the-mill café. However, the prices are also in keeping with those of similar establishments.
