More information on Sheraton Beach
From April to October the beach is for women only on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays and for men only on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. During the rest of the year, and on Saturdays (Shabbat), the beach (left of Nordau Beach) is open to use by all. The whole area is surrounded by whitewashed walls (look out for these when trying to locate it!), ensuring the bathers' privacy. Its good news for anyone who feels self conscious in a swimsuit.
