Windermere is in exquisite shape. For a private course, it is also difficult. There are a variety of trees that enhance a very scenic layout. Consistent green-side mounding complicates your short game with a variety of awkward lies. The par-5s are very short for a course with such a high slope rating. The par-3s reclaim some of the lost yardage. This is a private golf course. Soft spikes only.
