This 7km-long, high-altitude nature trail winds between the Glungezer and Patscherkofel mountains and offers stunning views of the Inn valley and Stubaier Glacier. The walk takes about 2½ hours and is fairly easy going. Several benches are dotted along the trail, as are over 40 information boards explaining all about local flora and fauna. The Zirbenweg can be reached by the Patscherkofel and Glungezer funicular railways. Admission: EUR16; students and pensioners EUR13; children EUR8.
