This annual outdoor music showcase is named after the torrential rains that come down on Tucson during summer months. Each Friday night from the beginning of June to the end of August, local bands perform at the Winsett Performing Arts Stage on Fourth Avenue, presenting their original material ranging from the really good to the truly awful. But, well, it's free and you get what you pay for.
