More information on Downtown Aquarium
This 100,000 square foot aquarium in the heart of downtown Denver is home to 1.2 million gallons worth of freshwater and marine animals. Main features are the mountain-to-ocean journeys of the Colorado River and the Kampar River in Indonesia, multi-modal and interactive exhibits (like an interactive shipwreck and a stringray touch-and-feed tank), and a full-service restaurant and bar surrounded by a 200,000 gallon tank teeming with sharks and other fish.
